Who we are
Yuma United is a nonprofit girls’ soccer club in Yuma, Arizona. This notice covers yumaunited.com. Questions: hola@yumaunited.com.
What you tell us
When you request a call: your name, mobile number, email, the best time and language to call, anything you write in the note, and your daughter’s birth month and year, how many evenings she can practice and whether she has played before.
What the site counts
The club’s own visit counts, without cookies: the pages viewed, where the visit came from (for example an ad, a search or a shared link), the approximate city of your connection, the type of device, and a random visitor number kept in your browser’s storage. When you send a request, we attach your visit details to it (how many visits, how long, which pages, where you came from). We use them to see which of our messages reach families and to decide whom to call first.
Who sees it
Only the club’s staff. Requests are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to the club. We never sell your details.
Advertising
The site loads no advertising or analytics tags from other companies. If that changes, this notice will say so first, and browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal will be left out.
Photos
The photos are of our own teams, posted with their families’ permission, and no player is named. To have a photo taken down, write to hola@yumaunited.com and we will remove it.
Children
This site is for parents and guardians. We do not collect information directly from children; the only details about your daughter come from you.
Keeping and deleting
Requests are deleted automatically after 12 months, and visit records after 13 months. To see, correct or delete your request sooner, write to hola@yumaunited.com.
Fonts and images
Everything on the club’s pages, fonts and photos included, is served from yumaunited.com, so your browser does not contact Google or other companies to show them. The coaches’ section at yumaunited.com/coaches is separate and loads its fonts from Google.
